Mike Singletary says, “Do you know what my favourite part of the game is? The opportunity to play.” Sports day is one of the events that gives lots of opportunities to lots of students to run, jump and play. Our school Annual sports day, a day that brings the talents of students to the heights was celebrated on two days. On the first day, i.e., on 27th June, we conducted most of competitions and selected the finalists. The second, i.e., the actual sports day was held on the next day, i.e., 28th June 2019. We were proud to invite Mr. Santhanam, Sub Jail – Superintend of Pabanasam and Dr. Richard, Orthopedics, Andimadam, two successful past pupils of our school as chief guests for the celebration. They shared their unforgettable experience of participating in the sports day as students. They encouraged the students and the teachers for their grand show of March Past, Drill, Dance and more specially the lighting of Olympic torch. The chief guests also congratulated the students, teachers and the management for the spectacular display of events. They also said that they are proud to be the past pupil of Don Bosco. At the end of the celebration they awarded the winners. The Past pupils, well wishers, lovers of Don Bosco, students from neighbouring schools witnessed the events and made the day special for our students.
