One of the illustrious practices of our School is to thank Mary Help of Christians, the patroness and protector of our institution at the beginning of the year and to place the institution, the students and staff members and all the activities that we carry out in the academic year at the protective hand of Mary, Mother of God. Hence, the annual feast of our institution, feast of Mary Help of Christians was celebrated on 24th June 2019. The celebration started with the rosary service procession at 05.30pm followed by Holy Eucharist and the blessing of the sick. Fr. Amirthanathan sdb, former Rector and Correspondent of our institution and the silver Jubilarian of ordination to priesthood celebrated the Holy Eucharist and prayed for all. Fr. Arnald Mahesh sdb, Silver Jubilarian of religious profession preached the homily. Many priests and religious of our vicariate and the locality participated in the celebration and graced the event. Our staff, students, friends, well wishers and devotees of Mary joined the celebration and made it a memorable event. The whole celebration helped us to recall the famous maxim of St. John Bosco about Mary that “She did it all.”
